To be eligible, participants must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license from their home state, province or country. Exceptions to this are at the sole discretion of LevelUP, and are based on prior racing/karting experience.

All programs will be conducted rain or shine.

You may cancel your reservation and get a full refund until 21 days prior to your event. From 20 to 14 days prior, cancellations are eligible for a refund equal to a maximum of 50% of the price of the event. Due to commitments including the race track and race car prep shops, cancellations within 13 days will receive no refund. Every effort will be made to reschedule, however this is not guaranteed.

No credit will be issued for no shows.

LevelUp reserves the right to cancel a program within 14 days of the first day of the event due to low enrollment. Any payments made will be held as a credit toward a future program.
